Circular Head Identity, Robert "Chummy" Kay

      Description: Robert "Chummy" Kay reportedly built up one of the largest grazing business in Tasmania which included Kaywood at Temma. As an astute businessman he opened stores at his home Myrtle Hill and in Irishtown and Smithton and had large interests in the sawmilling industry. About 800 attended his funeral when he died in 1930. Many of his descendants have featured in the west coast cattle droving.
